For GP Internet Setting Just Follow These Step :

• Go to Settings >> Wireless & Networks >> Moblie Networks >> Access Point Names
• Press the Menu button
• Tap on New APN
• Under Name, type: Internet, tap Ok
• Under APN, type: gpinternet, tap Ok. ( gpinternet is case-sensitive)
• Press Menu again
• Tap SAVE

Ok Its Done :) Sometimes its Require to Reboot Your Device

GP MMS Settings for Android 

• Go to Settings >> Wireless & Networks >> Moblie Networks >> Access Point Names
• Press the Menu button
• Tap on New APN
• Under Name, type: MMS, tap Ok.
• Under APN, type: gpmms. 
• MMSC: http://mms.gpsurf.net/servlets/mms
• MMS Proxy: 10.128.1.2
• MMS Port: 8080
• Press Menu
• Tap SAVE
