Step 2: Send SMS to 9666 (ZOOM on your keypad)

You will receive a message confirming your Zoom™ activation within a few hours
Post Paid Zoom
There are Two types of package

- Zoom 5GB=750TK+Vat

It is regretting to note that my last day of "payment due" had always been by 15th of the month. You have changed this before 10th of the month during last month. Now I find it before 4th of the month. Can you explain why it is so. More over it is shameful on the part of City Cell Management that you have disconnected my line on 1st of the month which is four days before the due date of payment. Same thing happened during last month. I hope that you will not repeat it again.
